KT Pe Benito (they/them) is an arts and cultural organizer and hybrid-virtual events producer working across video installation, facilitated workshops, and political education to represent the movement for national liberation and genuine democracy in the Philippines. Their practice navigates access and dismantles dominator culture within artistic spaces by forging equity through collective organizing rather than individualism. As a member of both Vox Populi Gallery and Anakbayan Philadelphia, Pe Benito extends a dual practice as activist and artist, using video documentation of embodied protest—dance, marches, teach-ins—as a tool for education and mobilization. They contribute to the long legacy of anti-imperialist artists within international mass movements, treating editing and curation as acts of political praxis that splice lessons from Manila's streets with Philadelphia's organizing spaces.
