150th Annual Black and White Exhibition & Sale
Salmagundi Club
You should apply if you're a Salmagundi artist member with strong black-and-white or sepia work in any medium.

About
The Salmagundi Club has held a show of black-and-white work every year since 1878, making it the club's oldest continuously running exhibition, and this is its 150th edition. It runs January 5–22, 2027 in the Skylight Gallery at 47 Fifth Avenue, with events planned around the anniversary. Any medium is accepted, but works, frames and mats must be black and white or sepia only. Each artist may submit two works, generally up to 24 inches framed, with a few larger pieces up to 84 inches wide. Sculpture can be up to 12 inches square and 24 inches tall. Entries go through the club's ShowSubmit form, and acceptances go out December 1. The club takes a 30% commission on sales.
Eligibility
Open to Salmagundi Club artist members only. Work must be in black and white or sepia with no color accents and must not have been shown at the Salmagundi Club before.
Applications happen on Salmagundi Club's website. Seeke reviews and indexes the listing but does not accept applications.
