About
Brea Gallery's annual Made in California exhibition surveys work by artists from across the state, at every career stage and in every medium, with no set theme. A panel of industry professionals and gallery staff awards $1,000, $750 and $500 placements plus director's, juror's, staff and popular choice prizes, and one artist wins a solo show running alongside the exhibition. Entries can be single works or a 5–10 piece body of work for the solo show; solo submissions not chosen are also juried individually. Notifications go out March 5 and the show runs April 24 to June 27, 2027.
Eligibility
Living artists 18 and older residing in California. Work must be original, completed in the past three years and not previously shown at Brea Gallery. All media welcome; no limit on number of entries.
