2026–2027 Mini Mural Project
the opportunity
The City of Rancho Cucamonga is commissioning mini murals on six cement directional markers along the Pacific Electric Trail, two each at Milliken Avenue, Rochester Avenue and Day Creek Boulevard. Each selected artist receives a $1,500 stipend per marker to cover design, fabrication and installation. Applicants submit a statement of interest of up to 750 words, a resume with three references, and five to ten images of work made in the past ten years. A selection panel reviews applications from October 27 to November 2, 2026. The call closes at 11:59pm PDT or once 100 applications have been received.

Professional artists aged 18 or older. Preference goes to artists who live in the Inland Empire region.
