17th Annual Manifest Prize
the opportunity
Manifest Creative Research Gallery's annual $10,000 award for a single exceptional work of visual art, design, or high craftsmanship in any medium, genre, or size, doubled from $5,000 in 2025. One work is chosen through several rounds of blind jurying by an anonymous panel of 7–15 or more professional and academic advisors and gallery alumni from across the U.S., with jury makeup shuffled between rounds; the highest-scoring work wins and is shown alone in the gallery December 11, 2026 through January 8, 2027, unveiled at a ticketed preview on December 10. The four runners-up each receive $250 and appear with the winner in the hardcover Manifest Exhibition Annual. Winning work need not be for sale; if it sells, the artist keeps 70%. Entries are unlimited (12 is the recommended maximum) and go through Manifest's online entry form with images uploaded to a project Dropbox.
eligibility
Open to everyone, anywhere, including past Manifest exhibitors. Submitted works must have been completed within the past five years (2021–2026), be capable of exhibition in one of Manifest's five galleries, and be available for the December 11, 2026–January 8, 2027 exhibition period if selected.

$60 for up to five entries after the September 15 early deadline (was $45), plus $5 per additional entry; non-refundable, by check or PayPal
