Trillium Arts 2027 Individual Artist Residencies
the opportunity
Trillium Arts in Mars Hill, in North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, offers one-week residencies of seven consecutive nights in 2027. Artists receive a $700 cash honorarium, which is new this year. They stay in a private one-bedroom, ground-floor suite with high-speed internet and laundry, and have shared use of the grounds. Applicants submit a CV or resume of up to five pages, a one-page project description, a one-page statement on why they want to come to Trillium Arts, one letter of recommendation, and a work sample in their genre. Applications close at 11:59pm.

Writers, photographers, visual artists and choreographers at any career stage, aged 21 or older.
