About
Tokyo Arts and Space sends creators from Tokyo on residencies of about three months at partner institutions abroad, as part of its two-city exchange with Basel, Berlin, Brussels, Dublin, Helsinki, Montreal, Seoul and Taipei. Each city has its own residency period between April and December 2027. The program supports creators working in a range of fields and builds exchange between each partner city and Tokyo. Applications close November 3 at 23:59 Japan time.

Creators active in Japan applying to be sent to one of the partner cities; see the application package for each city's field and period.
