9th John Ruskin Prize: Not for Present Delight
The John Ruskin Prize
You should apply if you're an artist, designer or maker, amateur or professional, anywhere, working in any medium.
About
The 9th John Ruskin Prize takes the theme Not for Present Delight, asking what it means to make work with awareness of its consequences in a time of environmental urgency and social inequality, and whether art must serve a purpose beyond itself. Work in any medium is welcome, from drawing, painting, print and sculpture to photography, textile, animation, digital work, performance and installation. A selection panel chooses work for an exhibition at Trinity Buoy Wharf in London.
Eligibility
Open to artists, designers and makers, amateur or professional, from anywhere in the world.
Applications happen on The John Ruskin Prize's website. Seeke reviews and indexes the listing but does not accept applications.
