About
The National Asian Culture Center in Gwangju selects about 10 emerging artists or teams from Asia for ACC NEXT 2027, an art-and-technology exhibition on the theme of the prototype, running April to August 2027. Selected artists receive a 3,000,000 KRW fee per work, up to 2,000,000 KRW for installation, round-trip airfare for overseas residents, and housing at Asia Plex Studio. Applicants submit an application form, a technical rider and a portfolio with CV as PDFs. Selection is by document review only, with results due November 30, 2026.
Eligibility
Nationals of an Asian country born on or after January 1, 1987, with at least one solo exhibition, a national or public museum show, or three or more group exhibitions. Work must combine art and technology.
