New York Mills Regional Cultural Center
You should apply if you're an artist in any discipline and career stage who can cover your own travel and food for a two-to-six-week stay.
About
The New York Mills Regional Cultural Center in Minnesota hosts one artist at a time for a two-to-six-week residency at no cost for room or studio use. The artist stays solo in a one-bedroom bungalow with a writing desk, drafting table and full kitchen, plus access to studio space at the Cultural Center. There is no stipend and residents supply their own transportation and meals, and are expected to give a short workshop, presentation or open gallery night. A committee of local practicing artists selects by artistic merit, commitment to the arts and application completeness.
Eligibility
Artists in any discipline (visual, performance, written, audio and visual media) at any career stage, able to provide their own transportation and meals during a stay of two to six weeks.
Applications happen on New York Mills Regional Cultural Center's website. Seeke reviews and indexes the listing but does not accept applications.
