°Ceramic Artist Exchange – Tandem 2027
Keramikkünstlerhaus Neumünster
You should apply if contemporary ceramics is your main practice and you want to share a studio with an artist of another generation.
About
The Keramikkünstlerhaus in Neumünster, a ceramics residency house run by the Dr. Hans Hoch Foundation since 1987, is offering four seven-week residency grants in 2027, in pairs that match an emerging and an established ceramic artist. Each pair shares a two-room apartment, studio, kilns, wheel and basic materials free of charge, and each artist gets a one-time €700 for living and material costs. Stays run March 10 to April 28 or October 13 to December 1, 2027, and end with a five-day exhibition where artists can sell work; each donates one piece to the house collection. Apply via Google Drive with the application form, up to 10 photos and a one-page CV; a jury decides by the end of January.
Eligibility
Emerging and established artists whose practice centres on contemporary ceramics and who mainly work with ceramic materials, with enough English to collaborate with a partner artist. Past participants cannot apply again.
Applications happen on Keramikkünstlerhaus Neumünster's website. Seeke reviews and indexes the listing but does not accept applications.
