EMAP Residencies 2027
European Media Art Platform (EMAP)
You should apply if you work in media, digital, robotic or bio art collaboratively and live or pay tax in an eligible European country.
About
The European Media Art Platform, co-funded by Creative Europe, offers two-month production residencies in 2027 at its member host organisations for work in digital, media, robotic and bio art. Each residency comes with a €4,000 grant for the lead artist including subsistence, €2,000 for collaborating artists (or €6,000 for a duo), a €4,000 project budget, and an invitation to the kick-off conference in Gijón, Spain, in March 2027. Applicants rank their preferred hosts.
Eligibility
Duos, collectives or artists proposing a collaboration, resident or taxpaying in the EU or listed non-EU countries; PhD candidates may apply, undergraduate and Master's students may not.
Applications happen on European Media Art Platform (EMAP)'s website. Seeke reviews and indexes the listing but does not accept applications.
