Arts Council of Lake Oswego
You should apply if you make sculpture, 3D work or new media installations that can stand up outdoors in the Pacific Northwest.

About
The Arts Council of Lake Oswego is choosing up to 15 outdoor works for Gallery Without Walls, its rotating public art collection in the city's downtown business district. Selected pieces are installed in August 2027 and stay on view for two years, through summer 2029. Each selected artist receives a $1,500 honorarium, and works can be sold, with a 30% fee to the council. Artists may submit up to three pieces, either finished or proposed, as long as proposed work is complete by August 2027. Sculpture, 3D work and new media installations suited to the Pacific Northwest climate are the focus, and work made in the last three years is preferred. Applicants read the prospectus and apply through a Google Form.
