You should apply if you're an artist living in a Nordic or Baltic country outside Norway and you're not a full-time student.
About
Hordaland Kunstsenter in Bergen offers two-month residencies in four periods between spring 2027 and spring 2028. Each resident receives a 30,000 NOK stipend, accommodation arranged by the art centre in a residential neighbourhood close to its central Bergen space, up to 500 euros in travel support, a dedicated desk and access to the project room when free. The centre connects residents to studios and production networks in the city to suit their practice. Applicants send a CV, a motivation letter and up to five slides of recent projects as one PDF by email, plus a Google Form. The committee is two HKS curators and an independent juror.
