About

Black Box Gallery's open-theme juried photography show takes work in any style or genre: landscape, architecture, portraiture, documentary, street, still life, conceptual, color or black and white. Gallery founder Todd Johnson juries. He picks 26 photographs for the gallery show, December 1–25, 2026, and 50 more for the online annex, and all 76 go into a catalog on Blurb. The gallery prints, mats and frames the exhibited work at no cost to the artist and keeps the prints in its flat files for two years to promote the photographers. Sales are split 50/50, and work does not have to be for sale.

Eligibility

Open to amateur and professional photographers worldwide. Up to five photos per entry, as JPEGs 1,200 pixels on the long side.

Applications happen on Black Box Gallery's website. Seeke reviews and indexes the listing but does not accept applications.
