Kiltir
You should apply if you're an artist living in and a citizen of the Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles or Mozambique.
About
AléVini is a mobility grant from the Indian Ocean Commission's cultural and creative industries project, run through the Kiltir platform, to help artists and cultural workers travel between the islands of the region. It funds networking trips and professional development such as creative residencies, artistic exchanges and workshops, lasting 5 to 15 days excluding travel. Applicants can request up to 3,000 euros for regional mobility and up to 250 euros toward exporting their work; travel within the Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles, Mozambique and Réunion is favored. Applications are accepted only through the Kiltir.org platform, from September 17 to November 2, 2026; questions must be sent by October 21.
Eligibility
Individuals who are citizens of and live in the Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles or Mozambique, work in the cultural or creative sectors, manage their own project directly, and have not already received a grant from the ICC project.
Applications happen on Kiltir's website. Seeke reviews and indexes the listing but does not accept applications.
