Creative Youth Grant
Arizona Commission on the Arts
You should apply if you're an artist aged 12 to 17 living in Arizona and want funding for lessons, materials or equipment.
About
The Arizona Commission on the Arts awards Creative Youth Grants of $250 to $500 to young artists who live in Arizona, to cover lessons or workshops, materials, equipment, instruments or technology, and travel; food and beverages are excluded. Applicants answer three narrative questions, share a work sample of audio, video, up to six images or up to three pages of text, and submit a budget. A panel from the AZ Youth Arts Council reviews applications in February 2027, awards are announced in April 2027, and the funding period runs from July 2027 through June 2028.
Eligibility
Young artists ages 12 to 17 who live in Arizona. Only applications written by the young artist are reviewed; parents, guardians and teachers cannot apply on their behalf.
Applications happen on Arizona Commission on the Arts's website. Seeke reviews and indexes the listing but does not accept applications.
