Gallery Membership Jury, Winter 2027
Desert Art Center
You should apply if you live near Palm Springs and want a regular place to show and sell work in a cooperative gallery.
About
The Desert Art Center, the longest-running art center in the Coachella Valley and the largest fine art gallery in Palm Springs, juries new gallery members twice a season. For the Winter 2027 jury, applications are open February 1 to March 1, 2027, in all mediums. Applicants submit 6 to 10 images through Online Juried Shows. Shortlisted artists then bring two pieces for in-person review in a Jury Finalists Show starting March 15, 2027. Accepted artists can show in every main-gallery exhibition, which changes about every two months. As a cooperative, members also host the gallery for six hours a month and attend an orientation.
Eligibility
Artists in any medium who are already Desert Art Center members and can meet the cooperative's gallery-hosting commitment in Palm Springs. Applicants submit in one gallery category.
Applications happen on Desert Art Center's website. Seeke reviews and indexes the listing but does not accept applications.
