Manship Artists Residency: Walker Hancock Sculptor-in-Residence
National Sculpture Society
You should apply if you're a sculptor and National Sculpture Society member who is a US citizen or resident.

About
The National Sculpture Society and the Manship Artists Residency offer a 14-day sculptor-in-residence program at Paul Manship's former home and studio in the Lanesville section of Gloucester, Massachusetts, named for sculptor Walker Hancock. The resident receives two weeks of lodging in the Manship house, a studio on the grounds and a $2,000 cash award. Applicants submit images of six to twelve works (up to 36 images) and a short letter of intent through EntryThingy; a jury including a Manship board member selects the recipient, who also gives a public talk, demonstration or workshop.
Eligibility
Open only to members of the National Sculpture Society at any level who are US citizens or US residents with a Social Security number. Preference goes to a working sculptor who also teaches and serves their community; the resident must be available to live and work on site for the full 14 days.
Applications happen on National Sculpture Society's website. Seeke reviews and indexes the listing but does not accept applications.
