About
Gallery 40, in the atrium of 40 Cannon Street in Poughkeepsie, is jurying a group show of two-dimensional work built around deep blues and greens: forests after dark, moonlight through leaves, reflections on dark water and dream states. Blue and green must dominate, though other colors may appear. Artists submit up to three works through EntryThingy; juror Nansi T. Lent selects the show and a $100 juror's award. Notifications go out November 13. The exhibition runs December 5, 2026 to January 3, 2027, with an opening reception on December 5. All work must be for sale, with a 40% gallery commission.
Eligibility
Artists 18 and older living in the United States. Up to three original two-dimensional works (painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, mixed media, textiles), for sale, not previously shown at Gallery 40. No 3D work, nudes or reproduction prints; maximum 36 inches wide by 48 inches high, wired to hang.
