About
Louisa Arts Center opens the Purcell Art Gallery's 20th anniversary year with Uniquely Louisa, an open show of work about the people, places, landscapes and traditions of Louisa County. Artists register and upload photos of up to three works online, then bring the work to the center on January 9, 2027 for in-person judging; shipped work is not accepted. Selected work hangs January 15 to March 5, 2027, with an opening reception on January 15. All work must be for sale, and the center keeps a 30% commission.
Eligibility
Open to local artists. Work must be original in any medium (no printed reproductions), for sale, and delivered in person; up to three pieces per artist.
Applications happen on Louisa Arts Center's website. Seeke reviews and indexes the listing but does not accept applications.
