World Sports Photography Awards 2027
World Sports Photography Awards
You should apply if you're a photographer anywhere in the world who shoots sport.
About
The World Sports Photography Awards, sponsored by Canon, recognise images that capture the emotion, athleticism and focus of sport. Entries are judged by figures from sport, media, photography and the creative industries across a range of sport categories, with an emerging talent strand alongside the main awards. Entries for the 2027 edition close on November 23, 2026; the 2026 winners and finalists are published on the awards site.
Eligibility
Open to photographers worldwide entering sports images in the competition's categories.
Applications happen on World Sports Photography Awards's website. Seeke reviews and indexes the listing but does not accept applications.
